PHYSICAL QUALITIES OR PHYSICAL VALENCES AND MOTOR SKILLS FOR PHYSICAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES INTRODUCTION

We were produced for movement, our body is a tireless machine, even asleep, our brain controls everything, the heart does not stop pumping liters of blood to the trillions of cells, the lungs do not stop taking liters of oxygen to burn food to generate energy .
